Cancellation by Hotilal Jewellers:
There may be certain orders that Hotilal Jewellers cannot accept, and therefore, we hold the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. Some reasons may include errors in pricing or product information, limitation on quantity available for purchase; or certain issues identified by our fraud avoidance department or any other issue which Hotilal Jewellers identifies for not accepting the order. In case your order has been cancelled fully or partially or if any additional information is required to accept your order, we will notify you.
Cancellation by Customer, Return, and Exchange Policy
Cancellation or change of products will be accepted only within 24 hours of placing an order. Post 24 hours a Cancellation Fee of 10% on the final product price would be deducted from the paid amount and the difference will be refunded. Cancellation of Gold coins, customized jewellery and loose solitaires will not be accepted under any circumstances.
